Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2012, the Defendant was appointed as an associate professor in the Department of Machinery and Engineering of the B University on September 1, 2012 and was working as a person in charge of research of the B University Industry-Academic Cooperation Group, and performed research tasks with subsidies from the government departments, affiliated foundations, government-funded institutions, and industrial enterprises

On August 2015, the Defendant, as a person in charge of the project at B University Industry-Academic Cooperation Group, claimed “C” task related to the meeting-related expenses used at D hotel on July 24, 2015 as research expenses, and tried to arbitrarily prepare and submit evidentiary documents, such as seals, in the name of the hotel, and other evidentiary documents.

On August 21, 2015, the Defendant respectively entered “A B University E” in the customer name column, “07/24/15” in the customer name column, “Meetling R&L-10%/VA-10%” in the usage column, and “254,100%” in the amount column, and submitted “254,100” as a package to the employees of B University E in Daegu, the Defendant printed it as a package, and then voluntarily produced it to the employees of B University E in the name of the hotel from 7 days to 4 days from 7 days from 2014 to 7 days from 4 days from 2014 to 4 days from 7 days from 2014 to 4 days from 7 days from 2014 to 4 days from the date of use.
