Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (competence) at the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chuncheon Prison on January 24, 2015. On January 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury to the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chuncheon Prison on May 17, 2016.

A. On July 10, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 17:00 on July 10, 2017, put approximately 0.08gs into a disposable injection machine, among clophones kept as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (1), and injected them into one’s arms.

B. On July 12, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 04:00, around July 12, 2017, put approximately 0.08g of philophones kept as above, into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into one’s arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones, a local mental medicine, twice.

The Defendant of “2017 Highest 849, May 11, 2017, demanded the victim H (V, 45 years of age) to engage in sexual intercourse from May 11, 201 to Gel 108 located in Chuncheon City F on May 11, 2017.

However, the victim is unable to hear the statement.
