Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 16, 2012, the Defendant participated in the assembly, “Abreging the desire to walk two vehicles,” which was held by organizations, such as the CTradedo and Seoul Jung-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant, along with approximately 50 participants in other assemblies from 15:15 to 16:24 on the same day, occupied the two-lanes in front of the building of the Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, the Jung-gu, Jung-gu, U.S., Jung-gu, U.S., by moving into the two-lanes in front of the building of the Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of vehicles by driving up to 363 roads.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act, runs along with the participants in the assembly at the time specified in paragraph (1).

In order to move to the front delivery of the 91 large building in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul and the assembly was held.

However, since the above assembly was an assembly which did not report and obstructed and proceeded with the general traffic, the director of the same police station who was delegated by the head of the Seoul Southern Police Station from 16:25 to 16:33 of the same day requested voluntary dispersion to the participants of the above assembly, including the Defendant, in front of the above large building, on the ground that it was an illegal assembly which was not reported, and thereafter requested voluntary dispersion on three occasions during the three occasions (3).

Nevertheless, the defendant did not immediately dissolve with the above participants in the assembly.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with the dispersion order.
