Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From April 18, 2015 to 16:30 on April 18, 2015, the Defendant participated in an assembly of the “National Assembly for Finding the Truth of the Sewol Ferry,” which was held in the Seoul Square-ro 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul.

After the completion of the assembly, the social group instigates “I do not have time, all of us going to the luminous square,” and the 10,000 participants in the assembly moved along the two-way way before the end of the assembly to the luminous direction, and was obstructed by the career in front of the Pacific Building in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, by moving the luminous and the 2nd class to the intersection, moving along the luminous and the 3rd class to the intersection, thereby interfering with the traffic of the vehicle.

After participating in the above assembly, the Defendant moved along with 5,00 other participants in the assembly from 16:30 to 17:00, while moving along the two lanes from 16:30 to 17:00 to moving along the direction of the luminous direction, thereby interfering with the traffic of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
