1. The defendant shall calculate the amount of KRW 32,00,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from May 2, 2013 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On May 1, 2013, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 32,00,000 to the Defendant at interest rate of 5% per annum and on May 1, 2015.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed interest rateing to 5% per annum from May 2, 2013 to the date of full payment, which is the amount of KRW 32,000,000 and the amount of KRW 32,00 after the above loan date.
