1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant exceeding the amount ordered to be paid below shall be revoked.

1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is an autonomous management body composed of occupants for the management of the 722 apartment complex of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 670 Gangwon-dong, Gangdong-gu, 70 Gangwon-gu, 9 apartment complex of 722 households of 722 (five units of 5 units in sale, 290 units of 4 units of lease, and 432 units of lease units; hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment complex”).
B. The Defendant is a project undertaker who constructed and sold the instant apartment, and the Defendant’s Intervenor was a contractor who subcontracted part of the construction work of the instant apartment from the contractor or contractor of the instant apartment, and the approval for use of the instant apartment was completed on July 13, 2009.
C. D. The plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case from the date of filing the application to the date of filing the application for modification of the purport of the claim of this case, 272 households of the apartment sales household of this case.
