A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant AD prepared a gambling place and notified an investigative agency of the crackdown outside of the gambling site, and the Defendant conspiredd to open a gambling for profit by informing the investigative agency of the crackdown on the gambling site and opening a door to the gambling customer at the entrance inside the gambling site.

At around 02:00 on March 26, 2015, the Defendant conspired with D and E to 03:30 on the same day, and used 50 gambling customers on the 1st floor of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by cutting up 50 gambling customers on each side, left the center of the floor at the boundary of 3:00,000 won on each side. The Defendant, in collusion with D and E, took money between 10,000 won and 50,000 won each time, and opened a Do 7,340,000 won each time in such a way that there is a high end of the agreement, and opened a Do 7,340,000 won each time by taking advantage of the 10% of the 10% of the 3rd-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and acquired the profits of 470,000 won and opened the 500 Do Gabling.
