A Imprisonment for 8 months and fines for 3,000,000 won, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won, Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 1,50.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2016, Defendant A prepared for 50 pages of I’s house located in Ulsan Jung-gu N, Ulsan-gu and prepared for 10 million won for a person who first takes 3 points in gambling games by paying 10,000 won per one point to the longer person, and the rest of gambling participants are making the above 10,000 won for money from 4 Chapters 10,000 to 50,000 won among Chapter 8 of the 1000 10 10,000 to the bottom of the floor, and then opening the 100 10,000 won for money from 4 10,000 to 50,000 won.

As a result, from around 03:00 on November 15, 2016 to around 13:30 on the same day, the Defendant opened a gambling house in which the Defendant received 10% of the 10% of the 1st ambling money from the I’s house at the commission (i.e., “one-time ambling”) as above, and carried out gambling in a way that directly saws with B, C, E, M, F, G, H, H, P, P, Q, R, and S for several instances.

2. Defendant B, C, E, F, G, and H Defendants: (a) from around 03:00 on November 15, 2016 to around 13:30 on the same day, and (b) from around 15, 2016 to around 13:30 on the house of the I as described in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendants returned a string to the 50 head, using the string 50 head, as described in the preceding paragraph; (c) carried a string 4 heading on the floor, and carried a string 10,000 to a maximum of 50,00 won, and (d) carried a string of money with a higher end of 4 heading.

3. Around November 15, 2016, Defendant I, who agreed to receive the price from A and other 13 persons, including A, from his house in Ulsan-gu N, Ulsan-gu, in order to assist him in gambling, and provided his house to a gambling place in order to facilitate gambling.
