Punishment of the crime

1. 업무방해 피고인은 2013. 6. 7. 23:40경 서울 마포구 B 피해자 C가 운영하는 ‘D주점’에서 피해자에게 욕설을 하면서 테이블을 발로 수회 차고 의자를 집어던지고 상의와 신발을 벗고 바닥에서 뒹구는 등 소란을 피워 손님들이 들어오지 못하게 함으로써 위력으로 피해자의 주류 판매 등 업무를 방해하였다.

2. On June 8, 2013, at around 01:40, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties, such as the maintenance of public order and criminal investigation, by assaulting the police officer, on two occasions, the chest of the said F on two occasions, and by assaulting the police officer, on three occasions, in order to keep the public security and investigate the crimes.
