Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 15, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Busan District Court on September 15, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center on July 10, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
With respect to the crime of assault against Defendant D of "2019 Highest 290" on April 16, 2019 by a public prosecutor, the Defendant was notified of the dismissal decision following the cancellation of the public prosecution on April 16, 2019 by the public prosecutor. On January 20, 2019, the Defendant sent to the scene after receiving the report of 112 by the Defendant and D, an employee of the said main shop, on January 20, 2019, and after receiving the report of 112, he was asked to present his identification card from F District Unit G belonging to the Busan High Police Station of the Busan High Police Station, G was arrested as a flagrant offender on one occasion, and on the other, he was arrested as a flagrant offender, approximately approximately 50 meters away from the above main shop, and the breast part of G was tight with his left hand, and he was able to wear and remove G with his own hand, and he is called a humbuck with his left hand."
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties of police officials on the handling of 112 reported cases and arrest of flagrant offenders.

I would have to die. I would have to do so. I would have to die. I would have to do so?” and assault the victim by spreading the victim on the miscellaneous floor with the victim attached thereto.
