1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. A. On July 28, 2006, the Plaintiff: (a) driven a Lone Star Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Lone Star”) around 20:50, and driven the instant bus along the two-lane road at the national defense graduate school located in Mapo-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant intersection”); and (b) obstructed the instant intersection along the five-lane road at the national defense graduate school located in Mapo-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant intersection”); and (c) the part of the central separation zone as the part of the search intersection, which was going directly into the search intersection, was shocked with the start of the central separation zone; and (d) D, while driving the instant bus along the instant intersection along the two-lane road of the five-lane road in front of the instant intersection, the said part of the central separation date was shocked by the said part of the Lone Star Co., Ltd.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant traffic accident”). (b) Lone Star’s shock, including the shock.

1) The point of the instant traffic accident is a section that does not obstruct the view of the road along the straight line of 5 lanes. At the time of the instant traffic accident, the surface was milched because the instant traffic accident occurred at night and was very weak. The first road of 5 lanes in front of the instant intersection is the left-hand and U.S.-turned exclusive road, and the second road is the straight-line exclusive road. When the instant intersection passes through the instant intersection by straight-oning along the said one lane, the two lanes pass along the opposite direction. At the time of the instant traffic accident, the Plaintiff’s driver’s vehicle at the time of the instant traffic accident is the first road in front of the instant intersection in front of the instant one, the opposite direction is the first road in front of the instant one, and the two lanes pass through the instant intersection. At the time of the instant traffic accident, the latter’s driver’s vehicle at the time of the instant traffic accident is set the center separation zone at the left-hand side of the instant one lane in front of the instant two lanes.
