Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On October 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution as a crime by the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 19, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Narcotics Control Act (flaps), imported a camtop phone (a single camtopphone; hereinafter “camtopphone”) from the Seocho and China to the Republic of Korea, conspired to sell and distribute it in the Republic of Korea.
