Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants conspired to import a penphone from China to the Republic of Korea in a way that they purchased a crophone (one crophone; hereinafter “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine, and transport the crophone to G, and then depart from the Incheon Airport to China on July 3, 2015.
