Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2015, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven BD car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.076% from the 2km section from the front of a dry field restaurant to the front road of about 122 kilometers in the ethic village of the same Eup/Myeon, Hancheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
