Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2016, around 18:10, the Defendant driven C vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 200 meters at a distance of 200 meters from the street in front of national collection of 8-16 Doo-ro 285, Hongsung-gun, Hongcheon-ro, Mapo-ro 329, Hongsung-gun, Mapo-ro 11, U.S. in front of the oil station in the blood, while driving C vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.19%.
