1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 and its amount shall be 15% per annum from May 9, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate shall be recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from May 9, 2019 to May 31, 2019, the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
