1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 36,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from May 21, 2019 to May 31, 2019; and (b).

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be recognized, and the excess portion of the claim shall be dismissed.
