1. The defendant's KRW 40,000,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from September 17, 2008 to April 17, 2010 to the plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the damages for delay claimed by the Plaintiff shall be recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
