1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On August 2, 2016, Defendant A committed the crime refers to Defendant B’s “A purchase of an X-type and play for the same food at a club. Since then, around October 2016, the Defendants received approximately 18 mpers and approximately 5 mccars, from the U.S. Y and 1202, G, at the residence of the Defendants in Gangnam-gu Seoul, K and 1202.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to import X-si and Croca.

around October 2016, the Defendants received KRW 1 million from N at the mac shop located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L from around 21:00 as of the end of October 2016, and received KRW 1,00,000,000 from N.
