1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,400,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual 30% from February 23, 2009 to July 14, 2014, and the following.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Under the former Interest Limitation Act, the maximum interest rate under the said Act shall be 30% per annum from June 30, 2007 to July 14, 2014 (amended by Act No. 12227, Jan. 14, 2014; hereinafter “former Interest Limitation Act”).
