The maximum interest rate under the Act on the Limitation of Interest on Grounds of Partial Dismissal of Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which is the basis of recognition, shall be 30% per annum from June 30, 2007 to July 14, 2014 [the former Interest Limitation Act (amended by Act No. 12227, Jan. 14, 2014; hereinafter “former Interest Limitation Act”).
