Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of a prefabricated building warehouse in the public city C.

On April 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:06, at the front door of the above warehouse, brought waste from the house to the house, and caused waste to be loaded with fire.

At the time, since there was a building around the wind, there was a duty of care to ensure that the defendant should not move the building, and that the defendant should be able to check whether the building should be removed from the building completely.

Accordingly, the defendant caused by negligence to destroy a general structure belonging to his own property, thereby causing public danger.
