A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 3, 2014, at around 13:33, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid off an abnormal stude with garbage, which was stored adjacent to a victim-owned E-car owned by the victim D, which was parked in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the road; and (b) moved the vehicle to the said vehicle beyond the lower length of garbage.

Accordingly, the defendant set fire to set fire to one motor vehicle equivalent to 8 million won in the market.

1. The head of the State does not have any abnormal person with a waste added by the victim's vehicle, and there was no intention to destroy the said vehicle by fire.

In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence adopted by the court and examined by this court, namely, the victim's car was parked immediately next to the waste fluor, and the victim's car was destroyed by setting the victim's car by setting the fluore fluor's fluor video where the victim's fluor was exposed to a waste fluor immediately after the passage of the above car, the fluor's fluor's fluor's fluor's fluor's fluor's fluor's fluor's fluor's fluor's fluor's fluor's fluor's car.
