1. The Defendants shall pay D 1/11 shares of each of 27 square meters in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ega-gu, Seoul Central District Court on July 6, 2006.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a project financial investment company (PFV) established to promote the G urban development project for the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Group (hereinafter “instant project”). The Defendants are registered titleholders with respect to each of the 1/11 shares of Seocho-gu Seoul E-gi (hereinafter “instant land”) located in the instant project site.

B. The Plaintiff’s establishment background 1) H Promotion Committee is a corporation I on March 28, 2006 (hereinafter “I”).

2) The Agreement on the Project between J Co., Ltd and K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant Agreement”)

(2) The H Promotion Committee shall establish real estate within the project site stipulated in Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as “real estate within the project site”).

The representative L of the Promotion Committee shall have the authority to represent the owners, and the representative L of the Promotion Committee shall confirm the conclusion of this Agreement as the lawful representative of the Promotion Committee. The Promotion Committee shall have the owners of the real estate in the Project sell the real estate owned to I in accordance with this Agreement, and shall establish an Urban Development Association under the Urban Development Act to carry out the Project in accordance with this Agreement. Article 3 (Method of Promotion of the Project) (2) The Promotion Committee shall establish an Urban Development Association under the Urban Development Act, and thereby shall have the Urban Development Association established in accordance therewith carry out the Project as an implementer under the Urban Development Act. The Promotion Committee shall appoint I as the agent of the Urban Development Association for the specific performance of its duties related to the Project.
