Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a project financial investment company (PFV) established to promote C urban development projects for the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B (hereinafter “instant project”).

The Plaintiffs sell to the Defendant the real estate (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant real estate”) owned within the development zone of the instant project (hereinafter referred to as “development zone”).

B. 1) D Project Promotion Committee (representative E; hereinafter “Promotion Committee”) including the conclusion of the agreement on the instant project
