A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In general, the Defendant was present at the session of the Daejeon Construction Machinery Branch Secretariat of the Korean Democratic Trade Union, which was held on November 14, 2015, by the Secretary General of the Korean Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Labor Union”).
