Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Status and criminal records of the defendant] The defendant A is the chief of the metal labor union E branch of the National Democratic Trade Union Federation of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Labor Union").
[The background of the instant assembly and demonstration] In principle, on September 14, 2015, the labor market structural reform was agreed at the Economic and Social Development Council (hereinafter “Labor and Social Affairs Council”). The agreement of the labor and management council was strongly contrary to “heat,” and the agreement of the labor and management council led to seeking for the activation of the strike under the policy. However, due to the agreement of the labor and management council, there was a relatively low interest of the people in the beginning structural reform of labor, thereby lowering the power of the strike.
In order to hold a large scale of public-private partnership jointly with civil and social organizations, such as democracy citizens against the “Resangument of rice value, ratification of the Korea-China FTA, and TPP accession,” etc. on or before the date of the First’s death (on November 13, 1970), the Korean non-governmental alliance against the national farmers’ association, such as the Federation of Farmers’s Federation, etc., and the former company’s dissolution of the company, placement of the company, etc., should be held as a large-scale “large-scale public-private partnership competition.” On September 22, 2015, the Republic of Korea announced the general goal of “10,000,000 people’s rally,” which consists of 53 citizens and social organizations, and announced the general goal of “15,000,000,000 people’s rally,” which is “one-15,000,000,000 people’s rally.”
