Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. In general, the Defendant was present at the meeting of the Korean Democratic Trade Union, which was held on November 14, 2015, as the North Korean branch B prior to the nationwide operation of labor unions under the Korean Democratic Trade Union’s General Act.

On September 22, 2015, the said Korean Congress planned the National Democratic Labor Union Federation against the structural reform of the labor market at the 53th anniversary of the NAF’s total farmers’ association, such as the National Farmers’ Federation, the ratification of the Korea-China FTA, and the TPP accession, etc., “the dissolution of the former Tong-gu Party, the placement of the company,” etc., and the 53 civil society organizations, such as the democratic citizens’ behavior against the “Reconciliation of the history textbook,” which were jointly launched by the said 53 civil society organizations.

On November 14, 2015, the headquarters for the strike of the general public divided into five fields, such as labor (Seoul Square), farmers (Seoul Squarero), citizens (university in Marro Park), young people (university in Marro Park), and vacant people (university in Seoul), and thereafter, the assembly was held at the relevant place, respectively.
