A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 17:0 on April 17, 2015, the Defendant: (b) laid down a theft by using a slicker and a pent-pamper who prepared a license plate in advance for the passenger car in front of the “D” passenger car, which was parked on the road in front of the “Wan Young-si Co., Ltd., Ltd.,” located on the road located in the Yangpo-si in Yangpo-si, Kimpo-si.

2. Around April 2015, the Defendant unlawfully used a vehicle number plate, which was attached to E in front of the passenger car number plate, for the purpose of exercising the “D” vehicle number plate which was stolen from the passenger car quantity owned by C in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph, by means of attaching it to the front of the passenger car number plate owned by E.

3. From April 2015 to June 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) operated a car number plate owned by C from April 27, 2015 to June 09:00; (b) attached the “D” car number plate in front of the car of the above interview loan; and (c) operated Kimpo-si.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a car number plate, which is an air stamper, illegally used.

4. The Defendant, in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) operated the F interviewing car amount owned by E on the roads of Kim Jong-si without obtaining a driver’s license from March 2015 to June 27, 2015.
