A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant prepared “C” using a computer at the Defendant’s residence in Cheongdo-gun B, Cheongdo-gun, and printed it into A4 paper, and attached a registration number plate made by attaching it on the Acryp board made of the size of the registration number plate to the Dbenz vehicle operated by the Defendant.

The Defendant, from the above date to 16:00 of the same month, driven the cargo vehicle with the forged registration number plate attached, and operated the members of Cheongdo-gun.

For this purpose, the defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate of air, and exercised a forged motor vehicle registration number plate.
