A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant had been living in the Cheongju-si in 2014, while operating a car owned CWz E500 car, the so-called B, the Cheongju-si, the police, around October 1, 2015, had the previous registration number plate kept in custody as a result of the delinquency in payment of a fine for negligence, and had the police take the place to steal another person’s registration number plate and attach it on the said vehicle.

1. A theft Defendant: (a) around October 2015, around Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) removed one registration number plate attached in the front section of the K5 car owned by the K-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. Around October 2015, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) attached the “F” registration license plate, a stolen air unit, as prescribed in paragraph (1), to Cenz E500 front automobiles managed by the Defendant for the purpose of exercising the right without authority, and illegally used air.

3. On August 29, 2016, the Defendant at an illegal-use air defense event: (a) around 02:02, the Defendant driven a passenger car with a registration license plate attached to the “F” registration license plate attached, such as paragraph (2), from the non-commercial area (hereinafter referred to as the “U”), Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongan-si, and exercised the illegally used air defense.
