Punishment of the crime

[Defendant A’s criminal records] On June 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment for April due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in the Gwangju District Court’s Port Office (use and photographing of cameras, etc.). 가. 피고인 B 1) 도박장소 개설 피고인은 2016. 7. 19. 14:10 경 여수시 E에 있는 ‘F’ 뒤편 공터에서 평소 그곳에 오는 불특정 다수인들에게 1회에 20,000원에서 30,000원의 도금을 걸고 윷놀이 도박을 하게 하여 이긴 사람으로부터 도금의 10%를 수수료로 받는 방법으로 총 2회에 걸쳐 도박을 하게 하였다.

2) 특수 상해 피고인은 2016. 7. 19. 14:10 경 여수시 E에 있는 ‘F’ 뒤편 공터 앞 노상에서, 위 윷놀이 도박에 도금을 걸었던 피해자 A(39 세) 과 20,000원을 걸었는지, 30,000원을 걸었는 지에 대하여 시비하다가 현장에 있던 위험한 물건인 빗자루 대( 목 재, 길이 약 60cm )를 오른손에 들고 피해 자의 등과 허리 부위를 5회 때렸다.
