Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CAD car.

Around 14:00 on March 23, 2012, the Defendant driven the above car, and led to two-lanes from the direction of postal administration to the direction of postal administration in Gyeonggi-do.

According to the pertinent Article on criminal facts, Article 3(1) and proviso of Article 3(2)1 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents in the Selection of Punishment, Article 268 of the Criminal Act, and the defendant and the defense counsel’s assertion that the defendant did not violate the signal of the defendant. Thus, according to the witness G’s legal statement, the fact that the signal of the vehicle in the direction of the defendant’s moving direction was changed from the green light before the vehicle of the defendant’s driving enters the intersection to the yellow light can be recognized. If the vehicle signal is a yellow light, the vehicle and the horse should be stopped immediately after the intersection, and the defendant has changed to the yellow light.
