When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, on September 25, 2016, the Defendant operated the 124c Stop Ba, without any serial number plate that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads near D located in Busan District, Busan District on September 25, 2016.
