A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of three hundred thousand won.

However, the above imprisonment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or equivalent) is a person who is engaged in driving a mixed character with no license plate 124cc.
