A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On February 25, 2020, the Defendant sent a false statement to F Kaf, “Ps4 prox 7218 Model poper Pool” at the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu D Building E, and then sent money to the victim B who reported and contacted.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the above things only when he received money from the victim and used it for living expenses.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 275,000 won from the victim to the I Bank account in the name of 00:3 H on the same day and acquired it by defrauded.

2. On March 26, 2020, the Defendant, at the same place as the above 1.3.26, posted a notice “ps4 propprop pl 7218 model pop oper” on the bulletin board and sent money to the victim C, who reported and contacted, at the same place as above 1.26.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the above things only when he received money from the victim and used it for living expenses.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 330,000 won from the victim to the I Bank account in the name of H 00:30 on the same day, and acquired it by fraud.

3. On April 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) visited the Internet J site at the same place as the above 1. Paragraph 1; (b) posted the victim K’s notice on the bulletin board; and (c) sent money to the victim by communicating with the victim.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the above things only when he received money from the victim and used it for living expenses.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 58,000 won from the victim to the I Bank Account in the name of H around 18:20 on the same day.
