A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Highest 2018 1625;

A. On March 30, 2018, the Defendant requested the use of a computer in DPC room located in the 2nd Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, that the victim E, who is an employee of the PC room, would normally pay the PC user fee, and requested the use of the computer.

However, the defendant had no special occupation and had no intention or ability to pay the PC usage fee to the victim, such as the absence of cash.

As such, the Defendant, from March 30, 2018 to April 17, 2018, by deceiving the victim, used a computer from that time to 22:50 on the same day and did not pay 22,00 won for food beverages, thereby obtaining economic benefits equivalent to the same amount. Furthermore, the Defendant acquired economic benefits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay the cost of computer usage fees or the cost of food beverages equivalent to 154,40 won in total over 13 times from March 30, 2018 to April 17, 2018 by the same method, as indicated in the List of Crimes.

B. (1) On March 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at G convenience stores located in the Seo-gu Daegu-gu F, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on the part of the Defendant: (b) made use of the gap in surveillance by the victim H, who is an employee of convenience stores, and used the gap in surveillance by the victim H; (c) made it possible to put him/her more than 1,00 won of the Montreal beverage beverage into his/her back part, and stolen it.

(2) On March 20, 2018, at around 05:00 on March 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) made use of the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) made use of the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was obstructed; (c) 1 C/O in a pair of light-powered 3,800 won in the display stand; and (d) if 1 C/O in a lux of lux, 1 salary paper in a lux of lux; and (c) was cut off and stolen by inserting the victim’s lux

2. Highest 2018 2085

A. On March 27, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around 08:45, on March 27, 2018, at the stores of “K” managed by the Victim J in Daegu-gu around 08:45 on March 27, 2018, at around 08:45, the Defendant himself/herself of tobacco equivalent to KRW 500 (500) of the market price in the display stand using the gaps of the victim’s surveillance negligence.
