A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 9, 2018, around 12:28, the Defendant stolen 'E' operated by the victim D in Gumi-si, Si, Gumi-si, by taking advantage of the gaps in around the display room prior to the new store, which was operated by the victim D, with a 'E level equivalent to 19,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.'
2. On February 18, 2018, at around 11:55, the Defendant, at the display stand of the “H” clothes store operated by the victim G in Gumi-si, Gumi-si, with one verification color intermediary equivalent to KRW 9,000, the market price of the victim’s ownership, was stolen by taking advantage of the gaps in around the display stand of the “H” clothes store.
3. On February 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on the part of the victim JA located in Gumi-si on February 12:00, 201; (b) on the part of Gumi-si, the victim JA operated by Gumi-si; (c) used a gap of care over the surrounding area; (d) 45,00 won in the market price of the victim-owned display stand; and (e) 45,000 won in the market price; and (e) 30,000 won in the market price; and (e) 1 color cosmetics of an amount equivalent to KRW 30,00 in the market price; and (e) 1 KK of 59,000 won in the market price; and (e) 1, 30,000 won in the face of 34,00 won in the market price; and (e) 1,000 won in the face of 10,000 won in the market price.

On February 20, 2018, at around 10:43, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by taking advantage of the gaps in around “O” stores operated by the victim N on the second floor M 2 in Guro-si L, the Defendant used a cresh in which surveillance was neglected; (b) with one white package equivalent to KRW 85,000, the market price of the victim, who was in the display stand, owned by the victim.
5. On April 12, 2018, at around 12:23, 2018, the Defendant stolen the victim’s clothes from the “R” shop operated by the victim Q Q in Gumi-si P with a gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected and displayed in the display stand, one set of 38,000 won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession.
6. On April 14, 2018, the Defendant, at around 17:46, damaged the victim’s clothes in the “U” room operated by the victim T in Gumi-si, Sinsi.
