1. The defendant shall support the Suwon District Court with respect to the area of 585 square meters prior to Gwangju City to the Bank of Korea.

(4) As to the land of this case No. 1, the Defendant completed the registration of preservation of ownership as to the land of this case No. 1 in Suwon District Court, Sung-nam Branch of Seoul District Court No. 14449, Apr. 14, 1995, and as to the land of this case No. 43788, Sept. 18, 1996, respectively.

B. On October 1, 1954, the notice of succession to the rights and obligations and termination of the trust of a shipbuilding trust company (1) was merged into and merged with the Korea interest trust company, Inc., Ltd., and the Korea interest trust bank, Inc. (hereinafter “Korea interest trust bank”) was merged with the Korea interest trust company on January 6, 1999. The said bank changed its trade name to the Korea interest trust company (hereinafter “Korea bank”) on May 20, 2002.

(2) On August 23, 2012, the Plaintiff sent to the Bank a certificate of content that the trust contract is terminated between J and Chosun Trust Co., Ltd., and the said certificate of content is around that time.
