A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date the above judgment becomes final.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Coercive Conduct, etc.) C had the victim D (18 years old at that time) who is a runaway juvenile become the counterpart to the act of buying sex of an unspecified number of male and female, and had the victim receive the price from the victim;

C On April 2010, at the “Fel,” located in Sungnam-si, Ma, Sungnam-si, Ma, reported the fact that she had engaged in her sexual traffic before being able to do so to the police and know the fact at home. If she desires to flee, she shall immediately go to the police. Around 19:00 of the same day after consultation with the male and female incompicing conditions of sexual traffic with the victim, the Defendant committed the above crime by facilitating C’s sexual traffic in the same way as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, such as: (a) going through consultation with the male and female incompeting circumstances in which C reported and contacted; and (b) going back to the victim at the same place around 19:0 of the same day; and (c) making it easier for the Defendant to commit the crime
