A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on April 29, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s bar business by force, such as: (a) the victim’s dan Doran bar operated by the victim B in Incheon Strengthening-gun; (b) the victim’s Doran bar stated that the victim “Ying-to-Ying-Ying Women’s Stening Women’s Stening Women’s Stening Women’s Stening Women’s Stening Women’s Stening” was “Ying-Ying Women’s Stening Women’s Stening”; and (c) the victim expressed that “Ying-Sing-Ping Women’s Stening People’s Stening People’s Stening System” and “Ying-Sing-Ping People’s Stening People’s Stening at the bar

2. Interference with business activities for victims E;

A. On April 25, 2014, around 22:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s bar business by force, such as: (a) the victim E, operating in the Fhop house operated by the Incheon Strengthening-gun; (b) the victim’s hump, such as the victim E, the hump, the hump, and the hump, and the hump to customers in the main place; and (c) the victim’s bar business

B. On April 29, 2014, at around 23:20 on April 29, 2014, the Defendant expressed the victim’s “scopic” drinking as soon as possible to the victim’s “scopic” at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a), and obstructed the victim’s bar business by force, such as having the customers grow in the main place.
