A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
1. Interference with business;
A. On August 30, 2013, at around 21:30, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of the Defendant: (b) expressed the victim’s D operation “E restaurant; (c) obstructed the restaurant business by force; and (d) 22:40 on the same day, the Defendant saw the victim as the above restaurant, namely, “Is the victim’s D operation; (d) juncing the victim with the poper for eight (8) years prior to the Chopia; and (d) expressed the victim’s poper for 30 minutes at the large interest, “Is the fluor; and (e) fluoring the customer with the poperus; and (e) interfered with the restaurant business by force by having the customer engage in the restaurant as if Iscopers who were in the cooling.”
B. On September 14, 2013, around 12:40 on September 14, 2013, the Defendant, under the influence of force, obstructed a female restaurant business by putting about about 25 minutes of a 25-minute clocks, such as, under the influence of alcohol at a “H” restaurant operated by the victim G, which is located in Busan CityF, Had the victim’s large interest, and trying to see the victim.
C. On September 20, 2013, at around 21:10, the Defendant: (a) had the victim undergo alcohol in a 'H' restaurant operated by the FF G in Busan City; (b) however, the Defendant, who did not answer, interfered with female restaurant business by force, by putting the cafeteria customers in a large sense, such as “I wish to do so for the same year, weather, and death”, and having the victim take a bath in a large sense.
On September 23, 2013, around 08:45, around 18:36, around 19:11, around 22:00, and around 23:07, the Defendant found five times at the “H” restaurant for the operation of the F Victim G in Busan-si, and expressed the victim’s “H” in a large manner, “Is the opening of the e-mail year,” and the victim expressed his/her bath to the large interest, and opened the table of other customers, and opened the door in his/her hands, so that the Defendant interfered with female restaurant business by force.
