1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On March 2, 2011, the Defendant forged private documents based on the proxy forgery: (a) stated the real estate indication column in the form of the proxy; and (b) stated the real estate indication column in the form of the letter of proxy as “attached Form 54,845m23m2, in the form of the letter of proxy; and (c) stated in the form of the registration, the “mortgage-backed mortgage contract” in the form of the registration; (d) the “mortgage-backed mortgage contract” in March 2, 2011; (e) the “find mortgage” in the column of the registration purpose; (e) the “find mortgage” in the column of the obligor; (e) the “E Daejeon Metropolitan City U.S.J” in the obligor column; (e) the “K corporation” in the name of the F association corporation; and (e) affix the seal affixed to the name of the F Association corporation.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of the FF Association Corporation, a private document on rights and obligations.

On March 2, 2011, the Defendant forged private document forgery due to the forgery of a written confirmation, in the office of “D” located in Sju-gun M in Gyeonggi-do, and entered “D” in the real estate indication column among the written confirmation of confirmation as “attached Form,” and written in attached Form 54,845m23,000,000,000 in Sju-gun, Gyeonggi-do, and written in the name column of the person liable for registration, stating “G”, “N”, and “N” in the resident registration number column, and marked the Defendant’s personal seal in Sju-gun.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of confirmation in G name, which is a private document on facts.

C. On March 2, 2011, the Defendant forged a private document by forging a contract to establish a mortgage.
