A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months and two years of suspended execution at the Suwon District Court on August 10, 2012.

8.18 The judgment became final and conclusive.

1. 2. Around May 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) issued three copies of the forged “information on completion of registration and notice on completion of registration” to C with the knowledge of the forgery of the forged real estate at the Gesung-si, Gyeonggi-do.
