A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 Highest 1275" is a business owner who runs a gold species processing business by using five full-time workers as the C representative in the Hanam-gun B of the Hanam-gun.

When a worker dies or retires, an employer shall pay the wages, compensations, retirement allowances, and all other money and valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant had been in charge of accounting affairs from March 3, 2017 to May 2, 2017 at the same place of business, and had not paid KRW 1,064,040 of retired workers D within 14 days from the date of retirement, and had not paid KRW 1,064,040 within 14 days from the date of retirement, and had not paid the wages and retirement allowances of six retired workers within 14 days from the date of retirement, respectively, without agreement on the extension of the payment period between the parties concerned.

"The 2018 Highest 48" Defendant operated food packaging business in the name of "F" in Hanam-gun, Hanam-gun, and entered into a check contract with the Bank of Korea and the Defendant on January 13, 2014 and traded household checks.

On July 4, 2017, the Defendant issued a check number G, face value of KRW 5,00,000, and one copy of the household check issued under the name of the Defendant on September 4, 2017 under the name of the Defendant, which was the date of issuance, and presented the check on September 4, 2017, which was within the period for presentation of payment. However, the check holder failed to pay due to the shortage of deposit, and issued a check in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and the check holder paid the check within the period for presentation, but the check holder did not pay due to the shortage of deposit or the suspension of transaction.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 100" shall be the Industrial Bank of Korea on January 13, 2014.
