Defendant
A on April 14, 2016, sentenced six months to imprisonment with prison labor for fabrication of private documents, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and the above judgment was finalized on the 22th of the same month, and Defendant C was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for forgery of private documents, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on June 9, 2015 and the above judgment was finalized on the 11th of the same month.
Defendant
A is the trade name of "U" in Gwangju Mine-gu T and 101, and Defendant C runs the mobile phone sales business with the trade name of "BH" in 108 of the Gwangju Mine-gu BG shopping district.
The Defendants sent a copy of the falsified resident registration certificate that Defendant C acquired from an unspecified person to Defendant A, and prepared a false mobile phone entry application using it by Defendant A, and opened a mobile phone through a mobile phone agency, and then offered Defendant C with the benefit of KRW 50,000 to KRW 350,000 per portable phone, and offered Defendant C with the benefit of KRW 50,000 to KRW 50,000 per portable phone.
