Punishment of the crime

1. Night theft;

A. On February 14, 2020, at around 20:20, the Defendant laid gas pipes installed on the wall surface of the building in Busan Ygu, and opened a window with no correction of No. D, which is the residence of the victim C, and entered the house, and kept 18K gold sheet and one half of the market price equivalent to 200,000 won at the market price of 1.8K gold sheet and one half of the market price of 200,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

B. On March 16, 2020, at around 20:00, the Defendant laid gas pipes installed on the wall surface of the building in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and opened a house with a window with no correction of G-ho, the victim F’s residence, and entered the house, and the cash amounting to KRW 400,000 in total, including KRW 50,000,00,000, and multiple pages of KRW 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, and one gold sheet with KRW 18,100,000,000, in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. On March 13, 2020, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, with the victim I’s residence located in the Busan Y, left a gas pipeline installed on the wall of the building, laid down the gas pipe installed on the wall of the building, and carried the door into the house without correction of K, but went away from the wind that is discovered to the victim in the room, and went out to the house with the first floor.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steals the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's residence at night.
