A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to three hundred thousand won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. At around 22:30 on March 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) removed “E” number plates attached to CIT 100G Orala owned by CIT 100G, which was set up in Cmiddle, from the front of Cmiddle; and (b) stolen the Defendant.
B. At around 22:00 on April 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the CITACE2 OE2 OE2 OE2 OE2 OE2 OE2 on the market price in which the victim H does not have a license plate managed by the victim H, and (b) used the difference in the victim’s absence to operate the OE 108 OE2 OE2 OE2 OE2 OE2 OE2 100 OE2 100 on the front part of the OE.
2. On April 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) attached the “E” number plate, such as the paragraph (a) of the first “E,” which was stolen, to operate a stolen CITI ACE2 Orala, such as the paragraph (b) in front of the J Elementary School on the street, around 12:50 on April 6, 2018.
Accordingly, the defendant used a motor vehicle registration number plate illegally for the purpose of exercising it.
3. The Defendant, at around 12:50 on April 6, 2018, driven an Obane on which an automobile registration number plate was attached, as set forth in paragraph (2), from around 2.1km to the front road of the J elementary school, around 13:00 on the same day, at around 13:00 on the street in front of the J elementary school.
Accordingly, the defendant exercised the motor vehicle registration number plate which was illegally used.
4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, and driving the CITI ACE2 OE2 Ob, which was stolen on the roads as set forth below, on the following dates and on the roads:
on April 5, 2018, around 22:00, approximately 4.1km from the front of the G cafeteria in F in Jeju to the front of the Jeju L-si.
(b) A section of approximately 2.1km from the J elementary school near Jeju Island around April 6, 2018 to the front road in Jeju Island, around 12:55;
5. The defendants who violate the Road Traffic Act shall be the defendants.
