당사자의 지위 원고는 부동산 분양업 등의 사업을 영위하는 주식회사이고(갑 제1호증의 1), 피고는 토목건축공사업 등의 사업을 영위하는 주식회사이며, 송도국제도시개발 유한회사(이하 ‘송도국제도시개발’이라 한다)는 인천 연수구 B 외 11필지 총 44,321㎡ 대지에 지하 2층, 지상 4층(1블럭), 지상 2층(2, 3, 4블럭), 연면적 54,725㎡의 C 상업시설(이하 ‘C’라 한다)의 신축 및 분양사업을 시행하는 회사이다.
