A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual operator of F, a corporation established for the purpose of attracting subscription to a super-high speed Internet service conference provided by a telecommunications company such as LG U through tele marketing.

1. The Defendant infringed on the information and communications network of the Defendant: (a) provided money to a super-high speed Internet subscriber to illegally acquire personal information, such as a super-high speed Internet subscriber, in order to attract him/her to join the above F’s super-high speed Internet service conference; and (b) provided money to a piracy G and Buddhist piracy; (c) provided the manager’s account of the website where personal information of the super-high speed Internet subscribers is located; and (d) infringed on the above website and used personal information.

On November 10, 2012, the Defendant requested a h’s website (I) with high-speed Internet subscriber’s information to hacking at a h’s off-site (I), and received h’s website manager’s account and password from G. On December 6, 2012, the Defendant accessed h’s website and accessed h’s personal information without legitimate access authority and downloaded h’s personal information without due access authority and received h’s personal information from h’s h’s e-site from around Sept. 9, 2011 to December 2012, 201, as described in attached Table 1, and received 89 website manager’s account and h’s h’s h’s n’s n’s n’s n’s n’s n’s n’s n’s n’s n’s h’s n’s n’s n’s m.

As above, the Defendant conspiredd with G and French piracy in an information and communications network without access authority.

2. The Defendant’s act of acquiring personal information is not to be used by the Defendant in order to utilize it in the invitation of the super-high speed Internet of the above F, which the Defendant is operating, at an infinite place on April 7, 2012.
